In case the locals aren't aware, there is a new rock night in McCarrys' bar, also known as Gallaghers, in Letterkenny. Music is mixed but generally in control or influenced by local and dedicated rockers/metal heads. In future we hope to have bands and upcoming musicians playing there. Please support it if you can. Monday night, 9:30 onwards

No blame being tossed out. I was just curious but, did you put the Fubar on it?? I know that link pretty well. It was me who gave it to MI. Handy thing. When the old one goes on holidays I give her the names of the metal shops to go get me stuff. Tis a good trick.... oh, you should have put universal on it. Mal

That would be fun alright but if you didn't put it up I got to wonder who did. Either way, Rock Night won't be rock night forever. It'll eventually it will be Indie night or something shite like that. Anyway, I must quiz Hugh about an offical date for the change of Metal Night, just so everyone knows and can drag their asses down and give us some support. Mal

I made posters a while back that were stuck up in the college, but the life expectancy for something in the LYIT is very low. Anyway, as it so happens, my computer contracted a dangerous illness that put it into a constant state of 'Stand By Mode' which isn't good. But they can always be remade should the info be lost. Anyway, I'm waiting till the Night is offically changed before putting them up again.
As for the advertising, well, that cost money and I know that Hughie McGee won't cough up cash for it so it would have to be us and I don't know if we can do that.
We'll see anyway. I know David of Universal with promote it for us when we leave the poster down. Should make up some little flyers too for the craic to see what gets picked up.
Anyway, the Orchard will bury itself between Marty being a twat and lack of rock. Give it time.

The names give it away. What you do it bring hand him the cd in some nu-metal case and ask him 'ever so nicely' to put track *insert number* on and then he'll do it. The result is interesting, but be warned, he may not take to kindly to it and don't hand in any valuable cd's.
